I have a coworker who has tried to register but has not had a reply - what is my advise or guidance to this coworker - what steps need to be redone?

Get s/him to send me an email containing the username, email address and password used to register and I'll activate the account manually.

GoodFella and RatchetHead - you both are so funny - but you are right - I should have gone to Ahriman 1st - but he takes too long to get back - I think he is doing research on each of the questions - if he has insight, it must be a long trek - there and back
and thanks slek - I will forward this topic in an email to the woeful

Thanks Mrs.DD. I try to be funny but at times I think I just might piss some people off.
