I dont think it was the fact that they ran out of them....more like Whirlpool did not meet its commitment to us to get us the product as promised.

Bodyguard I have heard three different stories now. I heard shortage of parts. But that wasnt what I was asking, why when you sell do they not committ that one they have in rim as sold. WHy do they do that.

Not sure of the reason WHY...but the reason your customer did not get it is that we did not get the shipment as promised.
