Well,the zero tolerance continues.4(yes 4) lp's wandering around the store staring holes through us.  Latest casualty was the store mgr. himself.Relieved of his duties  ... poor safety is supposed to have been the cause.He may not be the only one from the salaried ranks to go.2 employees on final notice for safety violations may loose their jobs now.  Does anybody have ANY ideas on how to help the fired employees legally?Does policy&procedure specifically mention automatic termination?

| hell man inour store there was three store mangagers fired with in 18 months two dist managers and regional vp fired but they deserved it lousy people . region five | |
