The 2005 annual shareholder meeting for Lowe's is May 27th.
At the request of employees who are also shareholders, we have instituted a Lowe's section on our website.
If you have strong opinions about company management or company policy, we offer a channel for you to reach Lowe's shareholders with your comments.
Simply visit ProxyMatters.com and type "LOW" in the ticker symbol entry box on the homepage. You may vote in our SpeedPoll and/or leave comments concering the nominees and proposals.
Regards,

thank you much for the information. Seems the biggest complaint is the shareholders (who aren't LOWES EMPLOYEES) are demanding more profit (which in a sense is good for the employees) but at what cost. More profit means less payroll and less payroll means more people leaving upset that there isn't any help. Of course the BONUS SYSTEM as far as I'm concerned can go out the door. I bust my rear end too and receive nothing while Specialist and Department Managers receive bonus if departments go over budget. Just think of the money saved if that wasn't paid. Oh well. I'll visit sometime soon
