I was working on the sales floor when a FTA called a person
with darker skin a f**King towel head. And repeated it again with I hate F**king towel heads. I filed a complaint. Manager spoke to him manager said he wont say it again He was having a bad day and cannot discuss it with me.. Am I wrong for being upset that this RACIST still works on the sales floor?? |

Your anger isn't wrong per se but it's probably futile so it might be best to just let it go.

I guess
I just they should have fired the guy no questions asked. He admitted saying it. but his numbers are good so they will never fire him even if he just adds PA to customers sales with out asking. |

Yea...at the very least that shoulda been rewarded with a corrective...write up whatever they are called at that store. I mean...his personal opinion & views are his own....but not on company time. very....
