Does anyone have a boss who treats them unfair? Today was horribly busy, as can be expected with dollar days. I was trying very hard to keep the 1:1 at the front lanes. I started asking people to help out, and in turn, the closing LOD yelled at me(saying that wasn't my job)! They said that I was unprofessional and most of the rest I tuned out, because I was so near tears. The LOD didn't even take me into the office. The person yelled at me in front of 2 other people. So.. tomorrow I call district. That's unfair. Someone else tell me their story and make me feel better

| Geez, yelled at you for that?? That's one of the company's big things, fast lanes. (fast service, great looking stores, instocks)most people at my store pitch in to clear the lanes. Don't worry though, there's always someone who feels good by treating others like a pile of pooh. Just point out the 4 Target "brand" dimensions---i forgot the fourth, next time you're yelled at for doing your job. | |

wow very interesting. Thinking that the CSM would set aside her differences on personal issues on the past. Favoritism, you whore, DIE!!! 
I had a bad experience when I started working for Target. This HardLines LOD(looked almost like Robert De Niro  ) yelled at me for not getting the receiving area preped up for the evening truck. I had no knowledge on how to set it up, so I had to refer to memory(images of the layout when the truck team was working) and also called for some help to get it done. I was shocked and furious. When I was finished for that day, I've contacted the backroom LOD and told her that I got yelled at for something I didn't know. She had a litle chit-chat with him the day after. The good thing was we talked about it, and he wasn't upset at me  or was he??
God and don't get me started on the problems when I worked at Pizza Hut.....*shivers* spazin' out always, Spax Valhalla |

I've had ongoing problems with a particular beitch at my store. For some reason she has never really liked me and my rotation has me working with her ALL the time. One day she belittled me in front of guests and team members. How is my credibility as a Level 3 supposed to be believed if an exec treats me like a child in front of the very people I'm supposed to be leading?  I went to my TRL and the 3 of us had a meeting and I went off on her. Things have been better, but I can tell she's just putting on the phony nice act.
