I was hired in as Commercial Sales Desk Representative.... Low and Behold we get a new S.M. and My job goes from have a title to being a b**ch.. My job duties now included pulling all deliveries, keeping up the front end loading area, taking deliveries phone calls while they are out, covering the comm. sales desk, helping lumber dept. I usually carry at least 2-3 phones and the nextel. My question to you all is who usually who pulls deliveries? It is a real hassle and if I have a day off I have to pull deliveries as they go out... Needless to say I hate having days off because nothing gets done... I see managers that have less to do.... What should I do... Our S.M. seems to care more about his bonuses than us as employees and everyone is always in a bad mood. I get paid crap compared to the responsiblities I have and I am a college student so as of right now i need the job and every sorry penny. So what are your views on this?

Wow! I didn't know there was such a position!! Anyway in my store our delivery drivers pull orders. They come in early and pull the products, and for morning deliveries we have a delivery worker who comes in 9-12 pulling orders. Also in our store the delivery manager is in charge of answering the phones and the Nextel.
