First Salary Caps, now no merit badges or associate of the month awards. To save the company money is what I was told.
I say stop making all other badges, and those ridiculous pins that some plaster all over their aprons and give back what little incentive there was to work at the Orange Box. Bernie, Arthur where are you??? |

I don't deny that Bernie and Aurthur are sadly, sadly missed. Things went to hell in a handbasket when they "left". As for those annoying Apron Clad pins, those come from the Vendors. What HD REALLY needs to do is to put a stop to handing out the multitude of bonuses to Nardelli and they need to stop forgiving him his loans!!! Why in God's name does that man need to take out any loans anyhow????? As far as I am concerned, this is blantant misuse of power by Nardelli AND the board members! When everyone gets those handy dandy voting cards in the mail, they should exercise their power as stock holders and eliminate the people who are taking away the tidbits offered to the people actually working in the field.
