I am a Lowe's specialist and I am being discriminated against because I am female. Lowe's will not give me the work schedule that I was promised. The male specialists have their promised work schedule. I desperately need the phone number to the regional office for an employee in New York State.

Dont know the direct number to new york, but you should be able to find it by getting a company phone directory. they are usually at the service desk. dont ask your hr unless you trust that person well. usually admin or customer service dept manager has the book.
also you could simply look up employment law firms in new york. here is a good link www.breakroomnews.com/employment-law . good luck

Were I come from, our store doesn't have the balls to discrimate employees, We have a female plumbing specialist who is always #1 in our district, that is, shes will take a cart from a customer who is on the way to the check out and assist them up front and run her sales# for the credit : There is several customer of mine that she done this as well. But its all about the numbers any way , this specialist has been injured twice during my 6 months with lowes, 4 as a specialist, 2 as team leader, takes 1-2 weeks off on workers comp. than a weeks vacation on top of that : it's true!! I already express my opinions with mangement about this, but the bottom line is, they don't want a law suit : :
