I have shopped at staples for years to aquire all of my home and office supplies. They are always F ast I n-stock and H elpful. I will always give them my repeat business.

That's because they've got Aisle Captains! I think they must have super powers or something.
But seriously, yeah I agree. I've been in there quite a bit and their staff always seem genuinely happy to be there, which mostly like is a big contribution to the performance of the store.
I've heard that they're quite strict about merchandaising though, know of someone who got written up for habitually putting lines through her 7's on the overstock tags after being told that it wasn't the preferred way to write a 7.

I've never had a problem at Staples. Easy to get help and they will honor the sale sign even if it's outdated or wrong. The staff seem very happy.
