From what I have learned that unfair treatment creates a hostile work enviroment. Our BC manager likes to play games with the high ringers it might be a jealousy thing, he seems to also single out woman, no fairness, he likes young kids, goes out of his way to make himself feel important, but anyway this is against the law, and all of our bc is very aware of this. Does anyone know if it is in wriitng that points must be issued within two weeks. I have heard that
