March yourself out of your Ivory Tower to a LV store with minimum staffing.
Get yourself a Driver-Driver customer that wants information on some merchandise. Go to a terminal that is locked up from a previous transaction. Log yourself in (be patient this will take some time) and try to find the magic spot that will bring up your cute little icons with the tiny text. Then you go thru another log in operation to get to SKU look up. We need to know how you impress your customer with all your enhancements while you are burning up their time. 
How much more pleasant would this be if the SKU menus were always UP!!!!!!!
