I've been an employee at my store for 2 years, I'm always on time and I work a full day 40 hours a week. I clock in on the Kronos like everyone else. Recently my wife started looking at my check stubs and informed me that since last year to now the HD has shorted me over 20 hours . In the world I live in when you work you get paid for what you work. I have only received one variance in the 2 years that I have worked there. I want to know 2 things. Has anyone else experienced this problem and what recourse do I have? I have to admit this does not make me a happy camper .

Dont worry, go visit your HR. HD is too big to try intentionally short us. They have nothing to gain by doing this, cause they know they'd get caught! I thought the same thing happened to me once, but I forgot I had left early one day. My HR believed me when i said I was short, turned out, I was wrong! but here's to hoping you get a nice pay out of 200 hours if they did screw your pay up!

Yeah...just tell your HRM. He/she will research the issue and get it corrected.
