| I ask this question because many of us hop on this website and talk about the company and discuss ideas and share opinions. Can people who post on here be sued for slander by sears? I have always wondered that. Can anyone shed some light on that for me. | |

thank you have always wondered that, by the way kanaka if you dont mind do you have a sight i can go to, to double check the fact about that not being done in the u.s. yet. i always like to have a source to go to if i have questions

"In my opinion" or "My observation" will quash the likelihood of recourse on the part of a corporation - example: Sears is stealing the money out of commissioned salespersons checks. {slander, unless you have proof as defined by law} - It is my opinion, Sears is cheating commissioned salespersons with this new pay program. {opinion, not fact}

I've got the "G" and the "F". I can't get much out of them besides the fact that the "G" was once a "g" and the "F" was once an "f".

Matrix.... if people can be sued by companies for slander, I could name you a half dozen names of posters here who would be bankrupt for sure.
