I've known a lot of folks over the years who have had experience with both companies. From what they've told me, yes we are better. I've heard quite a few negative things about the management on that side of the fence. I have a feeling that HD is much more rigid in company policy than Rona. While we are getting more and more strict with rules and regulations, I think that in the meantime we should consider ourselves fortunate to still have a little bit of room to bend the rules...until HD, or someone like them, buys us of course
