BEING AT HD IN CANADA IN PETERBOROUGH FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS - PAY HAS STEADILY GONE BACKWARDS TO THE POINT OF LAST YEAR EARING HALF OF WHAT I STARTED WITH IN FIRST YEAR THERE. YOU MUST KISS!!! ASS TO GET AHEAD IN OUR STORE-- MANAGEMENT SUCKS HAVE OWN AGENDA-- THEY JUST WANT THEIR BONUSES AND SCREW THE STAFF IN THE MEAN TIME!!! BEWARE!!!!! TO NEW EMPLOYEES LOOK FOR WORK SOME WHERE ELSE BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!! DONT GET SUCKED IN INTO THE ORANGE MACHINE IT LIES !!!! I have recently put in apps. for a couple of large, locally owned and operated lumber yards. Tired of all the bureaucratic B.S. at the Depot.
I figure a smaller operation just has to be somewhat more rational. . .I hope.
