I was walking a store recently and had to stop and just shake my head. 
A major reset was in progress. Junk that had been eating up real estate for years was moving from one bay into PRIME real estate in TWO bays. The only thing that I could see driving this insanity is price point.  Dead merchandise is dead and all the visibility in the world will not change that!!!!!!!!
Not many of you will remember when we HAD store support that you could go to and find a demographic that needed merchandise that did not fit your market and get the stuff where it belonged. Atlanta spends all this money on reports. If all this high powered "management" worked, the stores would have what their customers want to buy.
