They're a huge hardware/home improvement chain in Canada. Some of their emps' showed some interest in a forum so I thought I would comply. ;)

I miss Canada.
Chapters, Indigo, The Bay, Canadian Tire...
There's none of those here in the US of A. I guess that's how Rona slipped by me.
I miss Tim Horton's most of all, though.

Rona was previously an eastern province only chain. It was only in the last few years that they've expanded their deathgrip on the H/I industry to the west coast. A metric ton of aquisitions!

Ahhhh Rona. Isn't one of the former board members at WalMart now one of the heads of Rona?

I've heard that before but I haven't been able to confirm it. Do you know any specifics? Names? Dates? I've been googling for a while and have come up empty handed.

anything a typical hardware store would carry, except camping gear and appliances...but with the home depot in our town now, business ain't so great...but the hours we're getting at the store is generally fair...better than the hours that my bro is getting at slave on foods.
cheers
