wages. How much to expect?

How much to expect?   I work part time in Home depot in the electrcial dept.I've been there about 4 weeks. I was wondering what most floor sales assoc. get? I get $8.00 an hour and if I stay longer I'm to expect a .50 raise.Does that sound about right? I'm familar with the products and applications.I treat all my customers with respect. Does that help you get raises too?
