Isn't training or learning an on going experience in any facet of life?.Should labels and time be attached to ' training ' and/or hours on the job?.Shouldn't an employer be able to simply say beaware of the something like OSHA regulations and not ' force ' person to sit through hours of learning or seeming boring, useless impractical lectures.Good employees will always try to learn about their job or simply keep up by reading all of the memoes, directives and announcements that are issued routinely.Shouldn't one be graded on not only how much they try to learn about their job but how well they were able to use what they learned or their resources/resourcefullness.Many simply take or make it through the education PROCESS but do they LEARN anything?
