Where will the madness end?
You now have to log in three times to mark down damaged merchandise.
I have heard that some functions require four log ins.
Customer service requires SPEED not a bunch of "PLEASE BE PATIENT CRAP".
Most everyone agrees that the SKU look up screen should always be up to answer the most frequent questions.
Atlanta is so concerned with cost, they ought to take a good look at themselves.
If they would focus on making the associates life EASIER not more DIFFICULT their precious VOC might just improve.
