This forums seems pretty dead nowdays but I thought anyone who might happen here needs to read this.
I don't know much about this and was refered to it by Beasly Allen Law Firm who handled the SM overtime lawsuit. Its a class actions against dollar general for working Key Holders, including Lead Clerks off the clock and not paying them overtime. This includes unpaid lunch breaks in which you were still on call and making bank deposits without pay...or just plain and simply working off the clock for any old reason and not getting overtime.
