This prompts reminescence of the quality people eliminated from Sears - those who earned their considered higher earnings but released to cut expenses - those who brought money to the table even though their checks paid them a little more - those replaced with young newbies (young in the company) but earn considerably less - replaced with those that bring little, if anything, to the table but are less expensive to pay

I have expressed much dismay as of late but I am still OPTIMISTIC- I derive much needed support from the responses I read to all our posts - so here is a selection that reflects what I feel in regards to all retail-worker.com members and the reason we are rallying on this and other like forums.
