^^ thats a good one lol... except i love the smell
im going to have to say ian the district manager coming into the store and giving us a 5/10 when we've been working our asses off to get things clean... and then giving us a list of demands (as i like to call it) to be completed for the coming sat.
i hate that bastard... yells at the management and treats them like children... like we dont have to deal with them enough as it is
i guess its upper management in general that i hate!
probly my only other complaint about the job is the customers... we all know what they are like

The complete waste of time put in to grtting ready for visits from headoffice if . I was Ian I,d show up with out warning just to see how busy we are getting customers what they want, putting stock away , and solving promblems on the floor, when I don,t get enough stock to fill special orders. Maybe he could sit down and listen to the people who make the store work if it isn,t for us grunts the cust may not come back. He never see,s them only me, he remembers me not the manager, I make or break it not managment. give me the respect Ive earned.

What's with the telephone customers lately? I seem to get more and more people phoning in, taking up a half hour of time asking me for descriptions and prices of things we sell. Does nobody leave the house anymore?
Today a woman called in to ask me if we sold product made by a particular vender. I told her politley that no, we did NOT carry that line, and yet she proceeded to describe the item she was looking for! She even asked me what I thought we'd charge for it if we did carry it...? What a waste of time.

Yes, i hate telephone customers too. They call and they ask me about products i've never heard of in my life, cuz i'm just a customer service representative, so i forward them to the respective departments, then they complain that the department ppl dun pick up, wen they're busy serving CUSTOMERS IN STORE. Like seriously this is not an office, its a retail store, ppl dun sit there at a desk waiting for the phone to ring. And half the people who inquire about products over the phone live RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE STORE I WORK AT!
Also, since I'm a customer service rep, i HATE home depot comparisons when customers complain about me or management refusing to return an item. What they need to understand is that RONA STOLE HOME DEPOT'S RETURN POLICY! Customers need to understand that when you buy an item you're buying EVERTHING that item includes so when you EXPECT ME TO BUY IT BACK, I WILL OPEN UP THE BOX AND MAKE SURE ALL THE PIECES ARE THERE! So don't complain, when you can't refund it whne your product is missing the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, A COUPLE OF SCREWS, OR IF YOU'RE TRYING TO PASS OFF A TOILET WITH FECAL MATTER IN IT AS AN UNUSED TOILET!!
