Is it really justice when someone serves more time than the average person-rich or poor?.Should a prosecutor who's wife not only got caught driving without a license/suspended license & actually had an accident-not the potential to have one be given less time than someone who had a similar offense?Wasn't there some mob justice going on with Ms. Hilton, isn't there some jealously or class envy going on here?

The only thing I got from it that's of any value to me is that there's one judge in LA County who doesn't apply the litmus test as to how much money your family has when handing down a judgment.
Ms. Hilton still received a far lighter sentence than I would have had I committed the same offenses here in my little cow county and our Sheriff wouldn't have been so overly concerned about my mental status that he would have sprung me after only a couple of days of it either.
I think yeah, there probably was a little class envy involved but when you see it time after time after time, you simply get tired of seeing these people get away with everything from drunken or reckless driving to child molestation to outright murder While old Joe Sears Flunky would have been sent so far into the dungeons they would have had to shoot his biscuits to him with a cannon.
