Today I got the verbal warning.
7 points, none of which I was aware of.
2 for calling in sick in march.
1 for going home early sick in april. approved
2 for punching in late 3 minutes in june. Not exactly my fault. There was a mixup on the schedule, I thought was fixed. That teaches me for "thinking"
all that's o.k. life happens, next time just shoot me.
and 2 for calling in Monday Aug 4, because as I said, had to go to Childrens Hospital to learn how to save my granddaughter's life, so to speak.
I am so stunned and hurt.. Can't believe the soo sorrys, here 2 points!!
I am not a newcomer here, worked with these people for 14 yrs.
This is not the Sears I came to work for so many years ago.
