Why would they (new owners of RW) use the same software?

Beats me. The original RW owner seems to feel that Postnuke is the most efficient and user-friendly one available right now for these kind of sites, perhaps he's convinced the new owners of the same? I'm really not too knowledgeable about the technical side of these things, I am sorry I can't tell you more.

I like PostNuke too, but updated, and with the copyright intact. Opensource code usually requires its copyright to be posted, n'est pas? YAWM too.
