Don't you guys get it? They visited this site to do a "ra ra" sears for everyone. They do not care about you guys. They were just conditioning you to accept the new "lower pay" sears. They want to make sure everything is okay and smooth out any kinks (union kinks that is). They come on, tell you they are on your side agreeing with you on some things while toeing the classic company line on the other side, then wham they up and leave. I am glad they are gone. They are blind to what is happening to sears. Maybe now people can take their blinders off and see sears needs a major fixing pronto. Sorry to vent but Jesus Christ people don’t ask where they are, they are not on your side because at the end of the day, they always get paid while you on the other hand do not. Facts of life. Corporate and associates. Two separate entitities. We are just as much on their side as they are on ours. Hmm wonder how much that is???

SM I do not think that is the case. Everything that we are going through so are they on a much higher scale, no pay was not cut, but day to day they do not know if they even have a job. There one man job has now multiplied to a three man job done by one. They work for the same company so why would they not have problems. Sears Where Else think about it SM

IMO You have no clue as to Footie's reasons or motives. Unlike yours, he has no agenda to bring attention to himself for ego enlargement. He was on the old RW long before you were (unless of course you have changed IDs) and has always spoken from the heart. His view may be more in line with the company but not always. Foots has not posted for a few days...ever think he went somewhere with his family???? He has not stated he was leaving like WHTS. From past experiance with Foots I would say that if he were leaving he would say so.
