my asm alway thinks he is being replaced, most of us now are made to feel we have no worth and are a dime a dozen, as they cut our pays we will obviously feel even more paranoid, not much can stop insecurities and the more they take the worse it gets.

Our store manager has just had her review and said she received 1's on hers.... I thougth the DBMs liked her, I guess not.
That is probably how they are going to get rid of store managers and commision associates , by giving bad reviews.

results count.
opinions or 'liking' someone doesn't.
if you like your asm/sgm, perform.....or they will be gone....that is the way it is.

I meaned the exact opposite.....
If you have an asm or sgm that is doing their job, you need to perform, if you don't, no matter how much you like them, they are at risk.
I did not say if you don't like them, don't perform........then you are at risk.
Understand???

Untill the "management" is cut from the upper-levels, the company will be foreever-holding to the cause of "Five -Year, Turn-around".
Any Day , "think-about-it",
