I looked all over the threads today on compensation or commission change for 57. Let me list where I went and tell me if I am missing something

Low, It was listed in HR Hotnews on the top left of the main page. The first 2 paragraphs or so talked about jewelry and footwear. Then there were 2 lines or so talking about the store manager receiving an email on 8/13 detailing the new compensation plan for BCHE to be rolled out on 9/14. Also mentioned not to talk to any BCHE associates until after 8/13. This was on Wednesday. CCCs |

| Do you think this will include 20 also??? Just wonder they are just like hanging in their also with no direction. I have heard so many rumors on 20 that they will become part of small appliance and mattress anyone know anything their. What was the post about six sigma about who is not taking responsibilty for failure. It made no sense to me what so ever | |

We don't think this has anything to do with 20. They've tried several different ideas with 20 and we think they're not happy with any of them. Salespeople in electronics and vacuums don't seem to gel together to well, same with appliances and vacuums ! They should leave well enough alone in 20. Selling those things take special people who have the patience and talent to demonstrate them properly. Sales will go down dramatically if they screw it up by flooding the floor. BCHE stands for Brand Central Home Electronics we believe.

| Guess all of us will see what happens to HE I think that they will screw themselves drasttically by messing with them in the fourth quarter. I really do, but they did jewlery that was there biggest money season too | |
