In this weeks BusinessWeek the article @ http://biz.yahoo.com/bizwk/030806/b3845049_1.html talks about Eddie Lampert's "influence" being the 2nd largest individual stock holder with 10% of stock but what it doesn't tell you that his "companies" already own about another 20% via KP I Partners LP and ESL Investments-see links in order http://biz.yahoo.com/t/in/s/s.html , http://biz.yahoo.com/t/97/342.html , http://biz.yahoo.com/t/75/4800.html .Company already set up for a hostile take over and could explain the massive cash strapping stock buy back of 2nd quarter.

already a lower wage paying retailer,an attrition rate far greater than a layoff rate and have many overpaid execs as well.I'm waiting with anticipation for my blue smock and probably more money.

Since Sears is already a substanstial stock holder in both KPI and ESL is this already a 'marriage of convenience'?.

If one were too look at the holdings of ESL Investments,KP I Partners LP (Eddie Lampert) and the Royal BanK Of Scotland (RBS) you see lots of things in common and one must ask is this a coincidence?.Everyone thinks Eddie Lampert and ESL and KPI will save the day but will it actually the RBS?.See RBS institutional holdings @ http://www.multexinvestor.com/InstitutionalHoldings.aspx?filer_id=263550&target=%2fmarkets%2foresources%2finstitutional%2ftopholdings .(Reference the ESL and KP I holdings in original post in thread). Not only did RBS get an opportunity to buy the CC but they REFUSED Confused .Is this just someones way of just reCIRCULATING the $$$.Even if Eddie Lampert got RBS to invest in his "undervalued" companies this puts the RBS in an advantage.
