So how was your Saturday.......???

Did your store meet their BC goal?

Does anyone tell you what the BC goal is?

So what happened today???

Looks like our store was +22% for Saturday...will know tomorrow.....BC the driver of the increase....how about your store?

Realstuff no management never tells us what or where we are. I check for myself. We have one new lead that does when they are on but the only one. Seems in our store we are the only ones trying to create the enthuisim of the relaunch. The TMHT program is not being done either. So go figure. The only thing we ever hear about is the new reports that he highlights and tell you what you did wrong. The Saturday Morning meetings, have now been turned into the customrer Service Survey Rag Forum

My Saturday was great!
Of course I'm still on vacation.

Comeback on Sunday, great day BC totally beat the goal. I had a personally great day eight and 7.2% high end!!!! That is good for Sunday. What was good is the whole department rang good. I like when we all have a good day. No one goes home feeling bad.

Total BC up +40% on Saturday....

Another good day today, Sunday.

Grumps aren't doing well on the floor while the positive's are doing great.........

Attitude is everything today.
