If anyone gets wind of the compensation for BCHE that will be emailed today to SGM, please share with us all. Just wondering what will become of the department. Risky on Sears part to mess with them Sept 15th when 1/3rd of the Sales are placed the fourth quarter

low, in my store, they would probably rejoice to get an hourly wage. We have no customers to speak of, generally, when you compare it to how it was years ago. Consequently, all the salespeople huddle together near the big screens. They don't clean, they don't straighten, they don't pick up the signs that fall on the floor. They don't do anything but shoot the sh*t all day, all night, because we have so few customers.

Hopefully it is a good hourly. Moral in Electronics in our store is so low. Everyone is in draw. No one stays. Turnover is just about 75% every month or so..
Maybe, and thats a maybe after school starts things will pick up for them.

The huddles must be everywhere, and the draw -- nationwide. The same thing is going on in our store. The problem is one of those guys is going to go postal soon if they continue to starve and have the BCM up their a** all day long about credit, PAs, ect; this, when they don't even have sales!!!

And to think I thought that our store was the only one where everyone stood around the projections. I mean can you blame us? Really? Sears created this problem. They took away the spiffs on camcorders and the commission is so low on everything else that they only way your are even going to get out of draw is to hopefully sell a projection or two in a week. Also, you are to afraid to go clean your area or do stock work because that could result in the loss of 200 bucks. Trust me, it has happened to me and I just get sick thinking about my big chance getting out of draw and I "blew it" because I was cleaning my area or in D03.

In our store they literally have people on anti depressants for anxiety and depression because of the horrible loss of income. I dont want any come backs with they can get another job, I am talking about people who have given twenty five years or more to the company
