so here we go again. stress is evident. people who have worked for years in electronics sit and wait for the hammer to drop. they know pay change is coming, they know their years of loyalty was for none. but they are still hoping that the company they served for so many years might have the decency to inform them as to what is going on with their pay. they have bills and families, they were led by sears to have faith that the products they sold and the mas now the pas they sold were the best for their company. many times they were told sears is in a bad way, please work longer hours,please do not take vacations now so to serve sears and make sure the floor was covered, well they did all that and more. they were surrounded by companies that could lower prices and had better product and more of it, but they did their job. so now sears or lacy as we affectionately call him the troll of trolls and that is being kind. lets be on the troll team. lets see some of that big bonus you got filterd down to people who made the money you got. hope you wont let them down again. hope you will be something but a low luster manager and ceo. please do not let them down again. please. rp
