I'm told some stores will pay you extra if you are bilingual and some wont. does anybody know if HD has a policy on this? I've worked a couple places that will and even though its usually small, it makes a difference.

Lowe's has a "point system" that determines pay. Bilingual is 1 point. This may be be difference between one amount of pay and another in some cases...but not always.
