The fact that MILLIONS of Americans put their name on the "DON"T CALL" list doesn't seem to coralate to Sears & their insistance on the use of the "may I" questions.Don't they get it?.Don't they realize that Americans do NOT want to be "sold" things and they rather be serviced,find their items and be done with it.

The same can be said of those follow up "surveys" for BC sales.Don't bug the customer-get it?
