Welcome, Sears AP. I don't work in AP; but being the Hub Lead, I do work with our AP dept. quite a bit on over/short issues.
Hope you stick around. It's always good to have all viewpoints, knowledge and opinions from all areas.

Sears AP - the AP ASM was there Sat. but I didn't have the "right" opportunity to invite him to this site - I will try to visit with him at his new store soon

Hey,
Just wanted to let you know I'm here with ya and the rest of the crew. Nice to know I'm not the only AP Agent around anymore.

There is 5 ap associates in our office, just curious how many total hours they give your dept. We get about 130 hours. 2 of us are fulltime and get 40 each while the rest is split with the others which are parttime. Also what is your starting pay with no ex.

I don't know what the starting pay is since I came from a commission department and got a percentage of my benefit rate. There are five of us and one checklist manager in our department. We have been using around 125 hours total per week. Two people only work on weekends, one is full time, and the rest split up the remainder of the hours.
