Every once in a great while you catch a good one. Now if we could just get all of them to base their compensation on actual performance, it would be a major step in the right direction.
My applause and appreciation go to this gentleman for proving that it's possible to maintain some kind of ethical standards and a level of societal responsibility in business. This flies in the face of the overwhelming evidence (and even testimony) to the contrary being provided by his corporate colleagues on a daily basis. Too bad more of them can't find it in themselves to follow his example.

I support that approach.
CEOs: Do your job well, and be rewarded for it, do it poorly, and be rewarded in the same manner.
