I know this seems like a dumb question but I have to ask. For well over a month we have been getting ready the new store working 11 hours a day on average. Anything but getting the store ready is pretty much zero. Heck, people who have been driving every type of machine during the mass receiving still dont have a hard license in hand. I'm wondering, with the store opening around the corner and everyone coming up on his or her 60 and 90 day mark.....will this affect us since we have pretty much zero training?

How is it that your LP isn't having kittens right now?
No one is licensed? Has anyone done the online training?
This is a total violation of policy.
Any user of power equipment must have online training done and be certified, even though the store is not open.
All this should have taken place before mass receiving started.
In answer to your question, no it shouldn't affect your 90 day review.

Anyone on power equipment needs to have a license...period. Now maybe you mean they passed a road test and not the video...
once the doors open day time rules apply so they'll have to have their license then just by lp alone
For training I wouldn't totally worry about it yet. Just make sure that within I think the first 100 days you'd get these done
customer focused
sos - remember there's no sos money if you aren't certified for it
level 1 of whatever department your in
If you have time I'd say go onto level two of any department your in...level one of nearbye departments.
then get into deliveries etc
5.1 is the most common screen you'll use. if you know what it says you'll be fine for awhile.

In our Department Manager meetings, we get hit over the head with training and how it is our responsibility to make sure our people are up to date on their training (and it is!) because otherwise they won't get a raise on their Star review. Now, I have never heard of this happening, but it is something they tell us is possible.
You definintely want to be sos certified or you will never get your commissions.
Also, take selling skills as soon as possible. It is the Longest. Test. Ever.
