Home Depot apparently retaliated against a whistleblower for reporting discrimination earlier in the decade .Apparently won a lawsuit .Was fired after .
Labor and Employement law supposedly prevents retaliation since it is against the law .
Again,even though this is an older suit keep in mind that much of the management involved in this suit or THIS PRACTICE might very well still be with the company and had chance to pass their " philosiphy " down to others currently in power.
Anyone know the outcome ?
