I filled out the online app this past Wednesday and have not heard anything as of yet.
For those of you that filled out an application going the online route, how long did it take you to hear back from them if at all?

You need to follow up and call the store to make certain they received your application. I'd do that Monday morning. Conference calls happen in the afternoon, managers and HR are included in that call. If you can't call this morning try Tuesday morning. Your best bet of reaching someone in hr is to call before noon. Meetings happen after that.

It took literally less than 20 minutes from the time I hit "Submit" to HR calling me requesting an interview.

Bulldozer: you and probably 1,000 other people applied for the same job considering the tough economic times we're in. I'd give HR a call also to see what the status is. Good luck, hope you're selected.
