WE WERE TOLD THAT TRAINING WILL BE DONE ON OUR "OWN" TIME AND WE WILL NOT BE PAID FOR IT ANYMORE..IS THIS TRUE? IS THIS A NEW THING WITH SEARS???
ANYONE ELSE IN THE COUNTRY BEING TOLD THIS?

You may want to contact your labor board. In my opinion that would be ordering you to work off of the clock. Most states are against that type of thing. *sarcastic voice* yeah tons of lawsuits about it too!

You asked the same thing on the Sears board. I think you'll get a better answer over there. No need to cross post Sears questions between the different boards.
