I actually work for Home Depot, but I was just wondering if Lowe's HRs are any better than HD's at resolving management issues with associates. Our HRs don't seem to do anything.

It may depend on the individual and/or the store...
Since I've been with Lowe's, several years now, we've had some good, some bad. The current one is rather quite useless however!!!
