Just curious if anyone knows, I am considering applying for a PSA Manager position, just wondering if the interview is the same as it is for sales floor dept manager? I appreciate anyone that can help.

My PSA manager used to be a ZM but stepped down due to the better days and hours.
You do not get an override card.
I am guessing that the interview is very similar to any other DM. They ask for specific examples of helping customers and resolving issues, just as I have had in specialist and TL interviews...

They will be more concerned about maintaining the integrity of the planogram over customer service.

My PSA DM is OK...
He was a ZM but took the job to be able to get partial custody of his kids...
Funny how that now he's in this position, he has to page each department to find where stuff is for customers.
